A bit thank to the committee of EABTC for inviting me to judge their championship show. I really enjoyed my day and when I later looked at the catalogue to see my winners I found it interesting reading, as all my major winners were of similar lines.

wow what a beautiful dog, lovely masculine head with a melting expression, nice reach of neck flowing into well placed shoulder, level topline and correct tailset. Straight front, nicely angulated front and rear, ribs carried well back presenting a balance picture and not overdone in any department. Carrying a lovely double coat and finished off with a carrot tail. Moved and showed to advantage. In the challenge it was a close call but just preferred the carriage and showmanship of the open winner. RCC

a lovely class of quality males but today this dog stood out for me. An upstanding balanced male with lovely flowing lines from the top of his head down a nice reach of neck over well placed shoulders onto a lovely level topline. Straight front with neat feet, Ribs carried well back giving a lovely underline. Strong quarters. Really on his toes and showed well and at one with his handler.
