1st - Daluce Fight Or Fall For Emblehope (Miss D Bladen)
very nice puppy, very good outline, good neck & shoulders, excellent topline & tailset, really nice in head & expression, well ribbed which is where he scored over 2. BP
2nd - Otterwood Cyrus (Mr M J & Mrs J M Hollingsbee)
similar in type to 1. 7 months & not the rib yet but very good outline. Sound & true moving, excellent coat & pelt
3rd - Hobholt Hallmark (Mr C K & Mrs M A Wallace)

1st - Earthtaw Dexter (Mr M Gibbings & Miss J Haydon)
standing this young male has a lovely outline. Good neck, topline, coat at its best, sound. Would prefer his tail not carried so high
2nd - Hawcoat Lord George (Mrs E J & Miss R C Larner)
slightly taller than 1. I liked his masculine head & expression, nice in all respects, in excellent coat & condition, very sound
3rd - Question Master (Mrs S Waller)
Res - Onthill Amaretto (Mr R & Mrs A Ramus)
VHC - Daluce King's Vengeance (Ms R Stevens)
Entries: 4 Absentees: 2
Only two but both did their best not to win.
1st - Ottaswell Palamedes (Mr D & Mrs G M Hunt)
took a while to settle but when he did he moved OK. I liked his balance, good coat & pelt, super head & expression which is where he beat 2. Excellent bone & feet
2nd - Chatmoss King Orry at Moddeyaalin (Mrs S A Cracknell)
slightly heavier in type to 1. More settled to start with but didn’t move behind as well as 1. Standing he presents a nice outline, in great coat & condition
Entries: 3 Absentees: 1
1st - Hartswelin Houdini (Mr R & Mrs D Warneford)
on the table this dog was really nice to go over. In excellent body condition, true hard coat. On the floor doesn’t make the most of himself. I preferred his head & expression to 2 but didn’t move as well in front as 2. Difficult decision this one
2nd - Ragatam Newmarket At Badgerholme (Mr & Mrs B Dickinson)
this boy is a showing dog & really makes the most of himself. A little lighter in condition than 1 & needs to strengthen, he is sound though. Well handled.

1st - Oatberry Snow Storm (Miss K M Nitarska)
really nicely made dog, nice size, good neck & shoulder, right amount of bone, good feet, excellent topline, well bodied, moves very freely & soundly. Loved his head & expression
2nd - Foxpaw Brilliant Disguise (Mr P & Mrs H Fulker)
nice type & standing has a lot of attributes. Nice in head & expression, neat well carried ears, excellent mouth & large teeth. Sadly on the move he roaches his back & so spoils his outline
3rd - Offordcluny Douglas (Mrs G Dale)
Entries: 8 Absentees: 2

b/t, so nice to go over, lovely head, dark eye, strong in muzzle, good front, super outline, in great coat & condition, handled so well. Should have a rosy future if he already hasn’t
2nd - Borderella Day Tripper JW ShCM (Mrs P South)
bigger type but well put together, true Border head & expression, good neck & shoulder, very sound, covers the ground on the move. Looked well & shown to gain his place here

1st - Foxfactor Pied Piper JW ShCM (Mrs K D Stockley)
headed a really nice open class & the more I looked at him the more I liked him. He could project himself a bit more but anyway I felt he should win the class on his overall balance, type & movement. In great coat & condition, spannable body. RCC
2nd - CH Hobholt Harrier JW (Mr C K & Mrs M A Wallace)
I also thought this a super dog, 6½ years & still in great form. I love his head & expression but at times looked a bit bored with it all. A true Border type, good length of body, sound both ways, has a lot of quality
3rd - Chesterton Top Hat And Tails By Kersfell JW (Mrs M Sneddon)
Res - Cobstoneway River Magic JW ShCM (Miss C Spencer)
VHC - Bingobongo Wicked Widget At Bimandi (Mrs M J Holmes)

very nice young bitch, very promising & would think a good future as she has so much quality both standing & on the move where she covers a lot of ground. In excellent coat & thick pelt, well handled
2nd - Hawcoat Forget Me Not (Mrs E J & Miss R C Larner)
similar in type to 1 but this b/t was close up to 1. Loved her head & expression, very sound. Just not the topline of 1 on the move but she is a baby & plenty of time at 9 months
3rd - Kersfell Chorus Girl (Mrs M Sneddon)
Res - Baillieswells Lochindaal (Mrs P Hirn)
VHC - Intack Sorrel's Sunbeam (Mrs V Waldren)

2nd - Baywillow Brown Braid (Mrs G Hyslop)

1st - Benattivo Faberge JW (Mr C & Mrs S Girling)
I thought this a lovely bitch & quite dominated this class. True Border in type, such a super outline, sound & free moving, well ribbed, firm in loin, full of quality. I would think a super future. RCC
2nd - Tameila Penny Lane By Borderella (Mrs P South)
the most lovely head & expression, very sound, straight front, excellent feet, excellent topline, well carried tail, in super coat & thick pelt
3rd - Tyrian Amulet (Mrs K Dean)
Res - Mattedonn Elizabeth Taylah (Mr E D'arcy-Donnelly)
Entries: 8 Absentees: 2
1st - Mansergh Donna Lucia (Miss A Roslin-williams)
taller than I really prefer but in this class I felt she was soundest of them all & so won the class. Good overall balance, straight front, good bone & feet
2nd - An Cnoc of Baillieswells (Professor A S Milton)
slightly heavier in type to 1, not helping her handler at all, not as good in front as 1. Super coat texture, good hindquarters
3rd - Gameway Margarita At Southash (Mr J & Mrs I M Southam)
Res - Earthtaw Catkin (Miss J A & Mr M W V Haydon & Gibbings)
Entries: 8 Absentees: 2
1st - Quarryway Tansy (Mrs B & Mr K E Johnson & Williams)
thought this bitch stood out here. Full of quality, very good overall balance & looked so good on the move, sound both ways, lovely feminine head, large teeth, strong in muzzle
2nd - Beaconpike In A Storm (Mr S & Mrs K Golding)
rich red in colour though not in her best jacket. Similar in head type to 1. Sound & free moving, good neck & shoulders, excellent topline. Will look so much better with her new coat

Res - Sextonmagic Betula of Withershins (Mr M J Day)

Fantastic class & some I liked sadly had to be left out.
1st - Withershins Daddies Girl (Mr M J Day)
what a lovely bitch this is, I loved her from the moment I saw her & on the table was super to go over. Covers the ground in such a true action, super in head & expression. Should make up if she hasn’t already got CCs. CC, BOB & G4
2nd - Enchanted Evening At Etterbern (Mrs L & Mr L J Reynolds)
gave this bitch the RCC as a baby & still like her a lot. Slightly different in type to 1 & here I didn’t think she was as settled moving. In great coat & looked the part from any angle
3rd - Worker's Playtime (Miss S Waller)
Res - Badgerbeck Fiasco (Mr J Roberts)
VHC - Thistlestone Jenny Wren ShCM (Miss J & Mr S May & Whisker)

b/t, really nice to go over, super neck & shoulders, excellent topline & tailset, in pristine coat & condition, sound in front, free moving in profile
2nd - Biddestone Poppyseed By Quarryway (Mrs B & Mr K E Williams)
I just loved the head & expression on this bitch & would have won on that alone if I had been judging just heads. Nice size. Not the run-in on neck as 1 & when stood together I could see this. I liked her a lot though & one also to carry her title
3rd - Gameway Cappuccino of Withershins ShCM (Mr M J Day)
Res - Badgerbeck Tree Pipit At Tilmoray JW ShCM (Mrs M Small)
VHC - Trixdale Twix at Bimandi ShCM (Mrs M J Holmes)
