Thank you for the invitation to judge a most enjoyable show, it was good to receive very homely hospitality and I was well looked after by my two very efficient stewards, Norma and Scott. Thank you to the exhibitors for the lovely entry and the sporting atmosphere created around the ring. I enjoyed judging the overall entry with most of the classes having close decisions to be made, with the junior, limit and open classes being particularly strong.

Close decision here won by a slightly taller dog of good stamp, he has the head, eye, muzzle and jaw, he has a good length of neck, fit body, harsh coat and is strongly muscled on the rear quarters, he had a typical overall outline and moved better in front, was performing well in the challenge, on form to take Res Best Dog and RBIS today.

Lovely type in outline and balance, carries a good head, body and rear end, not quite the muscle tone of 1 today but pleases in head ratio and under jaw , needs to tighten in front action.
