First Place in Open - Dog, Judge: Ben Regeer (Slamdunk)
I want to thank the West Midland Terrier Society Committee and Officers for inviting me to judge Border Terriers at their prestigious Premier Open Show on Valentines day 2026. I had a lovely day and really enjoyed myself. Very grateful to my stewards that made sure I could fully concentrate on the lovely terriers that were presented to me. Two-year-old grizzle and tan male which presented an overall picture of moderation. Good head with nice eye and good expression, V-shaped, larger ear held close to cheek. Straight legs with moderate bone. Balanced in angulation, racy hindquarters. Good harsh double coat with dense undercoat. Thick pelt. Spanned with ease. Moved well up, down and held topline when viewed from the side.
