First Place in Post Graduate - Dog, Judge: Mrs M Fleming (Flegato)
A big thank you to the committee for inviting me to judge my favourite breed at their lovely friendly show and for the warm welcome, and to the Border Terrier Club for supporting the entry. I am also very grateful to the exhibitors who entered and let me go over their lovely dogs. Thank you also to the hardworking stewards. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and was very lucky to have the opportunity to go over some quality borders.
almost 10 year old dog, in fit condition enjoying his day. Moderately broad skull of correct proportions, dark attentive eye and good ear set. Not much coat today but thick loose pelt and evidence of harsh coat texture present. Spannable and went around the ring with enthusiasm. A credit to his owner.
