Second Place in Open - Dog, Judge: Glenn Birrell
I would like to thank the Officers and Committee of the Northern Counties Sporting Terrier Association and The Northern Border Terrier Club for choosing me for this appointment, a breed club supported show. Also thank you to all the exhibitors for giving me an amazing entry of 36 dogs to go over.
There were some very good exhibits for me to judge, and there were many hard decisions to be for the placements in some classes. Mouths were good in all exhibits and there were no noticeable kinks in tails. All were span-able some were up in size but would be able to do the job they were built for.
Grizzle and Tan Smart outline on this Veteran you wouldn’t think he was, nice strong head with correct bite, small ears , nice length of neck , nicely boned and small neat feet, nicely angulated, a nice outline moved ok preferred 1 today
