First Place in Open - Dog, Judge: Mr David Shields (Wilholme)
Was very taken with this relatively young dog. A very typical Border of good breed type. Workmanlike but also has that showmanship to complete the picture. He handles so well on the table. Best of heads with a super expression. Excellent front, scores in neck and shoulders. His ribs are carried well back and has a short strong loin. Good underline and racy hindquarters. Moved well fore and aft on a good stride, Res.CC.
