Second Place in Open, Judge: Mrs Katrina Golding (Beaconpike)
Thank you to the club for inviting me to judge at your premier open show, and to my professional stewards, I had a lovely day and was greeted with a warm welcome.
9-year-old blue and tan not showing his age at all, he is one I’ve admired ringside. Strong masculine head, with lovely expression and correct bite, narrow front with good lay of shoulder, good length of body, excellent topline and tail set, racy hindquarters and strong loin, harsh jacket with thick pelt, sadly he was just carrying a little too much condition today otherwise he would have taken top honours.
