First Place in Junior - Bitch, Judge: Miss Rebecca Barber (Alcumlow)

Show Critique:

Thank you to SKC for inviting me to judge at their show, I thoroughly enjoyed my day. I was very pleased with my entry, thank you to all the exhibitors who value my opinion enough to enter their dogs under me. There were some very strong classes and some very pleasing youngsters. I was very pleased with my principle winners and I was delighted to see my BOB get shortlisted in a strong group and my BPIB get TPG3 in the puppy group. It was also an honour to make up two new well deserving champions, making it three new champions in one day over the two shows, which I believe is a new breed record.

Placing Critique:

Quality bitch, caught my eye the second she entered the ring, I have admired her from ringside as a puppy and when I put my hands on her she did not disappoint. Balanced bitch, correct size and shown in excellent coat. Lovely ottery head, with dark eyes and keen expression and a flat skull. Good length of neck into well laid shoulders, enough bone, good pasterns and neat feet. Excellent topline, narrow throughout and well ribbed back, nice length to her to give good flexibility, excellent rear angulation. Moved out beautifully, covering the ground. She pushed hard in the challenge and I was delighted to award her the RCC. This bitch will go far, I will watch her with interest.
