First Place in Open - Bitch, Judge: Mrs M Sneddon (Kersfell)
Many thanks to my stewards who were well organized and efficient. We were allocated a large ring, conveniently placed for the wet weather tent, although fortunately we did not need to make use of this facility as the weather was good with only a few spots of rain – a nice change during this rather poor summer.
quality light grizzle bitch with a good head and expression, good length of skull. Nice length of neck leading into excellent shoulders, narrow straight front; a well balanced bitch with a lovely outline. She is narrow throughout and easy to span, lovely topline. Excellent harsh coat and good pelt, in superb condition today; she is an excellent mover and really covers the ground well in profile. BCC and BOB, I understand she was shortlisted in the group.
