First Place in Puppy - Dog, Judge: Roger Mann (Lynsett)
My thanks go to the committee of Midland Border Terrier Club for their invitation to judge the February Open show. I had some lovely dogs to judge & would like to thank the exhibitors for their entries. I thoroughly enjoyed my day.
Very nice 10mth Grizzle with a lovely head. Very good depth & strength of muzzle, nice dark eye of good shape & well set neat ears. Well angulated fore & aft with a level topline held on the move. Narrow all through, chest not too deep. Thick pelt & easily spanned. Coat of good texture. Good bone & tight feet. Racy hind-quarters. Moved out well. BPD & RBPIS.
