First Place in Junior - Dog, Judge: Mrs M Wanless (Thorneyburn)
This was a last minute appointment for me, as Tina Jones had to stand down at the last moment owing to her Mothers serious illness.
What a super entry she had drawn!!! fifty one 1st entries and six repeats.
All dogs shown had good mouths, almost all had thick pelts and super harsh jackets.
All dogs were entire, and most were easily spanned.
This is a grizzle dog ,14months old. An excellent example of the Breed, with a good head, strong jaw with big teeth. Nice fill under eye, and neat ears falling correctly. A good length of neck and correct shoulder, a lovely front, good bone and neat feet. He has a super harsh coat, on a thick pelt,and spanned easily. He moved out well with purpose.
