First Place in Puppy, Judge: Mrs Julie North (Northborders)
I would like the Committee for the invite to judge the Border Terriers, my first appointment back after the Covid break, I thoroughly enjoyed myself too
I thank the exhibitors for my entry and allowing me to go over their lovely dogs , a shame a few were missing but the weather had not been kind
7mth old Grizzle and Tan bitch, she stood alone but a nice puppy and deserved her first place, nicely prepared and well schooled, lovely head and correct bite , dark eye and nicely set ears , thick pelt and correct coat lovely thick well set tail , well angulated front and back and she used these well , holding her top line , carrying a little more weight than I prefer which did make her stand wider than I like but she was still easy to span BPIB
