First Place in Post Graduate - Bitch, Judge: Anne Speake
I’d like to extend my thanks to the society for their invitation to judge the border terriers at this friendly well run terrier show, to my efficient steward Elaine, who ensured things ran smoothly. To the exhibitors, it was a privilege to judge your dogs. Temperaments were excellent; all dogs were entire; and mouths were good.
A lovely well balanced b/t bitch, with a strong but feminine head, dark eye and strong muzzle. Good in shoulder, standing on a straight front with ribs carried well back, strong in loin and easily spanned, excellent double harsh jacket with a thick pliable pelt. Liked her size and body lines, with good angulations which helped her on the move with she did with drive. Best Bitch. I was delighted to see her go RBIS show.
