First Place in Puppy, Judge: Mr R Wright (Borderexpress)
A big thank you to David Nightingale and his committee for the invite to judge the Border Terriers at the 2019 open show, a lovely well organised show with a great atmosphere and support. Also a big thank you to my two stewards today Bob and Jill Stevens who kept the classes running for me.
11 month old dog with super B&T jacket and correct ticking, looks a little deep on first sight but spans well, lovely strong head with nice big teeth. Nice and fine in the shoulder and lovely flat ribs and length of loin – sound in his movement standing on lovely cat like feet. Worthy of his class win and also going on to get my choice of BOB, delighted to see him also go on and secure TPG1.
