First Place in Open - Dog, Judge: Tina Morgan (Blewecourt)
Thankyou to the officers and committee for the invitation to judge at this show and to the exhibitors for a quality entry as well as accepting my decisions in a sporting manner. It was an enjoyable day and one where the classes are also sponsored by The Southern Border Terrier Club. We enjoyed a good atmosphere and ample sized ring and a steward who kept everything in order.
Eye catching rich coloured grizzle dog which stood alone and one I have admired since he was a puppy. Masculine head with strong muzzle and good scissor bite. Well constructed with straight narrow front and good rib which is carried well back and easily spanned. Good for bone and good thick coat and pelt, maintaining his balance and topline on the move. Moved effortlessly with drive and has matured nicely. RBOB.
