Cumberland CA Open Show (14-01-2018)

First Place in Open, Judge: Anne Speake

Show Critique:

I’d like to extend my thanks to the society for their invitation to judge, to my efficient steward Christine, who ensured things ran smoothly. To the exhibitors, it was a privilege to judge your dogs. Temperaments were excellent; all dogs were entire; and mouths were good. However, coats varied, and some dogs paid the price.

Placing Critique:

Four year old grizzle and tan bitch. She caught my eye on entering the ring and didn’t disappoint. Well balanced racy bitch, pretty feminine head with a keen expression, and nice ear set. With a moderate reach of neck leading in to good shoulders and straight front, good angulations, nice bend of stifle, and well set tail. Correct double jacket and loose pelt completed the picture. She moved with drive, retaining her top line on the move. BOB and G2
