Thank you most to those who entered and to the exhibitors who kindly allowed me to go over their dogs and accepted my decisions. All entries had correct bites. From the dogs on show I was able to identify different types and endeavoured to apply my knowledge of the breed to finding the characteristics in the different types which I would be happy to have passed on to future generations, so the better the points of the breed, the higher the placing. Nice shaped dog, right length and proportion for the breed. Strong broad skull and muzzle, big teeth. Well placed dark ears not breaking the top line of the skull. Thick pelt and plenty of harsh top coat with dense undercoat. Spannable, shoulders and ribs well laid back, strong through the loin into the well angulated hind quarters and thick carrot tale. Sound movement.
