I would like to thank the committee for their invitation to judge at this show, and also the exhibitors for their entry.
A quality 2 year old grizzle and tan dog who was unlucky to meet 1 on the day. Slightly larger type and longer coupled than 1 with an excellent strong otter head with wonderful expression, good scissor bite with large teeth. Straight front with tight, well padded feet. Good reach of neck leading into well placed shoulder. Ribbed well back and spanned with ease. Good topline and tailset, with well muscled rear. Loose pelt with harsh jacket perhaps just a little past it’s best. Moved true both coming and going and presented a lovely picture in profile maintaining his topline on the move. Perhaps just lacked a little bit of sparkle in the ring today and could easily have changed places on another day.
