First Place in Open - Dog, Judge: Libby Tanton-Joy (Itsaso)

Show Critique:

I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to Judge their Open show, and all exhibitors that entered. I had a lovely entry with some quality dogs to go over. All placing’s were accepted with grace. Many thanks to both my stewards who kept the ring moving. The show had a lovely atmosphere and I enjoyed my day

Placing Critique:

Grizzle and tan who is all male without being overdone, balanced throughout he free stands to advantage. Presented in fit hard condition, well-muscled throughout. Put down in fresh harsh coat he could not be overlooked today for his quality, he came into the ring and owned it. Beautiful typical head with strong muzzle, dark eye and varminty expression. Moderate neck which flowed into a well laid shoulder, straight front and neat cat like feet. Ribs well laid back into a strong loin and easily spanned. Good rear angulation which he used to move around the ring with drive holding his topline finished off with a short tail. Please to award him Best Dog and Best In Show.
