First Place in Limit - Bitch, Judge: Roger Mann (Lynsett)
My thanks go to the committee of Midland Border Terrier Club for their invitation to judge the February Open show. I had some lovely dogs to judge & would like to thank the exhibitors for their entries. I thoroughly enjoyed my day.
My star of the day. Lovely 4yr old Grizzle with a super feminine head. Strength of muzzle, correct bite, lovely eye shape, width of skull & well set neat ears. Good reach of neck leads to well placed shoulders. Well angulated all through with ribs reaching well back. Level topline held on the move, well set carrot tail. Standing on straight legs & neat feet. Shown in full coat of good texture, she has a thick loose pelt & is easily spanned. Moved out really well to take this class Best Bitch & ultimately Best In Show.
