Second Place in Veteran - Bitch, Judge: Mrs J Carr (Wreighaugh)
I’d like to thank the Committee for their invitation to judge this show. As always it was very well organised and there was a very hospitable welcome. Thanks to my steward who kept things moving along. Thank you also to the exhibitors for the excellent entry and, despite a few absentees, I had some lovely Borders to go over. Coats were very varied; mouths were good and there were no kinked tails. Thank you to all the exhibitors and spectators who came and supported the show and created such a good atmosphere.
7 year old grizzle. Strong head with good muzzle, strong jaw and correct dentition. Good front and good lay of rib. Nice topline and tail set with good rear angulation. Lovely thick pelt. She moved steadily however today just preferred the movement of 1
