Second Place in Post Graduate - Bitch, Judge: Mrs J Carr (Wreighaugh)
I’d like to thank the Committee for their invitation to judge this show. As always it was very well organised and there was a very hospitable welcome. Thanks to my steward who kept things moving along. Thank you also to the exhibitors for the excellent entry and, despite a few absentees, I had some lovely Borders to go over. Coats were very varied; mouths were good and there were no kinked tails. Thank you to all the exhibitors and spectators who came and supported the show and created such a good atmosphere.
4 year old red grizzle. Good head with a keen expression, good bite and strong jaw. Good shoulders and a nice straight front and nice tight feet. Easily spannable, well laid back rib. Moved steadily, super loose pelt. Just preferred the movement of 1 on the day.
