Second Place in Open, Judge: Anna Duxbury (Ridgebow)
I would very much like to thank the officers and committee for offering me this appointment at this lovely agricultural show, and for their hospitality. Thanks also to the efficient and helpful ring steward and most of all to all the exhibitors for allowing me the privilege of going over their dogs. It was a very windy day, which bothered some dogs on the table. Temperaments on the day were excellent, coats were very varied and all male dogs were entire.
Super 4 year old grizzle dog, with a really good head and expression. Strong muzzle with good sized teeth. Coat was just going over but he had the thickest pelt of the day. Good angulation at both ends, strong topline and tailset. Really nice bodylines. Just lacked the drive and enthusiasm of 1 when moving around the ring,
