First Place in Open, Judge: Tracey Anscombe (Orangebox)
Thank you for the invitation to judge your border terrier classes. The location is very picture postcard. My two lady stewards were simply wonderful, thank you. I had a lovely entry of quality dogs with some very close decisions Coats were at differing stages which did play its part. I had no bad mouths or kinked tails and all dogs were entire.
BOB Cracking border that I have admired from ringside so was a pleasure to finally get the chance to judge him. Light grizzle dog shown in really good jacket. Lovely rib making him narrow throughout so easy to span. Stands on small tight feet with neat nails. He again commanded the ring moving with purpose in true tracking action and couldn’t be denied Best of Breed.
