Edwinstowe & District Canine Society Open Show (30-03-2018)

Second Place in Post Graduate, Judge: Mrs Sue Baxter (Mysulan)

Show Critique:

Firstly a big thank you to the committee for the invitation to judge Border Terriers at this well organised show. Secondly another thank you to my capable stewards Pedro and Jan Fiers, who kept the ring running smoothly and took good care of me. To the exhibitors must go a heartfelt thank you for the lovely entry and the sporting manner in which my decisions were accepted.

Placing Critique:

Eighteen month old dark Grizzle dog with lovely proportions throughout. Narrow and fit for purpose, certainly could cover the ground to carry out his task. Very pleasant head with lack of any appreciable stop. On examining his dentition I was met with quite the most impressive set of teeth I think I have ever seen! There is no doubt what they were designed for. Once he settled his movement was true from all angles. Coat was in transition but of very good texture. He will have his day, of that I am sure.
