First Place in Junior, Judge: Anne Speake
I’d like to extend my thanks to the society for their invitation to judge, to my efficient steward Christine, who ensured things ran smoothly. To the exhibitors, it was a privilege to judge your dogs. Temperaments were excellent; all dogs were entire; and mouths were good. However, coats varied, and some dogs paid the price.
Sixteen month old grizzle and tan dog, strong masculine head, dark eye with a short strong muzzle. Good reach of neck in to well angulated shoulders, straight front standing on well padded neat feet. Nice body length, ribs well back with good body lines. Moved well fore and aft, retaining his top line on the move. With an excellent harsh coat, thick skin and a loose pelt. RBOB
