I would like to thank the society for the invitation to judge at their open show. Thank you also to the exhibitors who entered under me. A small but quality entry with some close decisions on the day.
2 year old grizzle dog that I have judged before and find that he is maturing along the right lines. Strongest of otter heads with typical expression. Good scissor bite. Straight, narrow front. Enough depth of brisket but spannable and ribbed well back. Good topline and tailset. Just enough coat of correct texture with an excellent pelt. Well angulated hindquarters which powered him around the ring. Moved well coming and going and seemed to cope well with the uneven surface on the day which sealed his place as my BOB.
